Terms of use
- The user accepts these regulations by creating an account or room in Deuter Chat or using the live chat function
- The website provides all functions for free and does not charge any fees for using it
- The website does not provide any paid functions for which any additional fees would be charged
- The website does not guarantee availability and failure-free operation, random factors may affect access interruptions or data loss which the user must take into account (although the website makes every effort to prevent this from happening)
- The website is not responsible for the content posted on it by users, including messages and files sent inside rooms or names / descriptions of public rooms. The user who posted it is responsible for this content
Privacy
- The data administrator is the owner of the Deuter Chat website (available at: https://deuter.3utilities.com/chat)
- The website stores only the data necessary to provide the services it offers
- The user has full control over the data entrusted to the website. With the deletion of an account / room, all uploaded data is automatically and immediately deleted
- In the case of live chat, sent messages may be deleted 10-20 minutes after disconnecting from the server. This period is to enable the connection to be recovered in case of its loss
